A Christian Paintball Ministry

Our foremost goal is to lead souls to Christ, then teach them to unite and function as members of His body in order to remain faithful to Him.
Sports have often been used as outreach tools. They provide an enjoyable means of uniting people in strong relationships. Individuals learn to rely on team members and camaraderie develops among players of the game. There is also a striving, a battle that ensues, helping people to push past their limits physically, mentally and emotionally. Paintball does all these things and we have found many ways to use it in examples of the Christian walk.

Teamwork: Teamwork makes players accountable to each other and forces them to function as a united force. Christians must stand together as members of the body of Christ and should help each other through accountability. Now you are Christs body, and individually members of it. 1 Corinthians 12:27.

Armor: In paintball, players need to gear up before a game. Certain items are needed for safety and effectiveness in the game. Christians need to put on the full armor of God in order to be effective. Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. Ephesians 6:11.

Leadership and Responsibility: Leadership and responsibility are lessons easily learned in paintball. We choose students to be platoon leaders and squad leaders at our events. They are given responsibilities and they must direct their peers in carrying them out on the field. From everyone who has been given much, much will be required; and to whom they entrusted much, of him they will ask all the more. Luke 12:48b.

Honor: Players are also taught honor. Students at our retreats are expected to act honorably at all time. Cheating and being unsafe are dishonorable actions, even if no one is looking. We teach them to take care of and protect each other as well as themselves. so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. Colossians 1:1.

Biblical teaching: We provide a direct spiritual training at our retreats through clear Bible teaching. We provide opportunities for the participants to hear and respond to Gods Word. We believe that God uses His Word to work great change in the hearts of men, just as His Word says, All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-17.
